He was heavily expected to headline according to Hits (along with Rihanna, Drake, Dua, and blink-182) and the recent landslide of internet gossip would make this a very viable act, especially knowing Tollett's tendency to chase the whitest of great white buffalos. My longshot prediction for a replacement act would be Justin Bieber.
